Archer allows businesses to program money movement using natural language. Instead of configuring complex rules, finance teams express what they want to happen in plain English. For example, how revenue should be split, when vendors should be paid, how commissions accrue, where excess cash should flow, or when capital should be deployed. Archer translates this intent into executable financial logic and enforces it continuously.

At its core, Archer is an autonomous financial execution layer. It reads data and events from the apps your business already uses and moves money in real time based on that context. Payroll, payouts, vendor payments, incentives, and cash management run automatically without manual intervention.

Archer is built on modern stablecoin rails and non custodial infrastructure, enabling instant settlement, programmable policy enforcement, and global reach. AI agents reason over financial state, enforce constraints, and execute transactions on behalf of the business while maintaining auditability and control.

We are building toward a world where businesses do not operate money workflows. They define intent once, and money moves on its own.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new features and functionalities for our consumer facing application, utilizing your expertise in React, Node.js, and serverless functions.

Writing idiomatic, clean, and maintainable Typescript code for serverless and scalable deployment.

Mocking data relationships for database design / designing RESTful APIs.

Ability to implement responsive frontend designs using React.

Implement automated testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage for critical components.

Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the engineering team.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide a junior engineer to promote growth and maintain code quality.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on Node.js and modern frontend frameworks like Next.js, preferably in the web3/crypto space.

Familiarity with the following: Node.js, Typescript, NoSQL, Docker, Next.js, TailwindCSS, advanced React concepts.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with some of the following: AWS & CDK, MCP development, Langchain, Agentic RAG workflows, Solidity, Foundry

Understanding of web3/crypto and blockchain concepts.
